Hiking season isn't over.. |
| | Let me tell you why I absolutely love fall hikes in Washington. As summer winds down, those crowded trails start to clear out, leaving you with nature. & those autumn colors… it's like trekking through a postcard with all the reds, yellows, & oranges everywhere you look. Plus it's not too hot, not too cold & the crisp fall air is perfect for a comfortable hike. Let me know if you make it out this season & what hikes you enjoy :") |

| Recent trends suggest that prices are on an upward trajectory once again 🏡 |
| The temporary dip in average sale prices across King County and its neighboring counties can be largely attributed to one key factor: interest rates. Buyers who may have been deterred by rising rates are once again entering the market, driving demand and pushing prices back up. As rates have normalized, it's likely that the housing market in King County and the surrounding areas will continue to demonstrate resilience and regain momentum. |
