The Mountains Are Calling I've lived in Washington my whole life & have found it's important to have seasonal activities to enjoy throughout the year. For the last 5 years I've really been into snowboarding, so when winter comes around I personally get really excited! If skiing or snowboarding isn't your thing, I still recommend giving the Washington resorts a visit. There's other actives like sledding, dinning & beautiful lodging available. WA Ski Resorts

Navigating Today’s Housing Market Home Inspections are BACK✨🏡 Would you rather waive your home inspection or temporarily pay a higher interest rate? 🤔 (There’s no right answer) At the beginning of the year the majority of listings on the market had multiple offers & buyers were needing to be extremely competitive. So waiving a home inspection (& most other contingencies) was the norm - meaning you are buying the home “as is” & taking on responsibility for all damage & defects, seen or unseen. Now that the barrier to entry is a bit higher, there is less competition per listing. So I’m seeing a lot more opportunity for buyers & home inspections happening! If you or anyone you know is an active buyer, now is the time to shine! Less competition, more flexibility to negotiate & security in knowing what you’re buying ✨🏡 As seen on IG
