| Buyer demand is going up again |
| | Last week I toured a new listing in Seattle w/ one of my buyers & there were at least 25 real estate agent cards on the counter. Something me & my clients keep note of is how many business cards are in each listing because that reflects how many agents have toured it & what the homes activity is. This specific home hadn't even been on the market for 24 hours yet & had an insane amount of interest! Not every listing is this busy but I've been seeing a large uptick in demand over the last month. Buyer's are coming back into the market & inventory is still relatively low.
